Its location was excellent and stunning, not far from store and shopping like Ponta Delgada, the city center/harbour/supermarket and the island which is a neighboring one to Pico. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and amicable.

Appetising food for breakfast at the terrace. Well-equipped and huge room available with spectacular views and a great view, for example. Location really close to local winery and great restaurants, ferry and the centre of Madalena.

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Da in Madalena. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ferry and downtown. The room had two balconies with stunning ocean views, and the decor was modern and updated. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of local cheeses, fruit, and even homemade cakes. The host Maria was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. The only drawback was the small showers, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives. I highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible buffet breakfast and a charming, beyond helpful hostess. Absolutely perfect location, just a short walk to the town center and Ferry Terminal. An excellent opportunity to explore nearby cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Pico Island.

The view from Villa Da Madalena was spectacular, with clear visibility of Faial Island. the breakfast provided was delicious, featuring homemade cakes, fresh bread and pastries, fresh fruit, and eggs and bacon. the facilities were spotless, and the owner and staff were exceptionally helpful, even going so far as to walk us to a recommended restaurant to ensure we wouldn't get lost. The added bonus of having wifi in the room was much appreciated. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

During my weekend stay, I was really impressed with the comfortable rooms and the breathtaking views from the upper floors. I loved waking up to the stunning sights of the nearby island and the Church of Holy Mary Magdalene. the friendly hotel staff and the helpful host made my experience even more enjoyable. I appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the town center and the ferry terminal.
While my stay was overall fantastic, I did have one minor issue. I found that the balconies could have been more usable if they had a table.
